SPECIALTIES & SUPPORTED SHOWS: Our four concurrent and designated fall specialties were held November 21 and 22, 2025, at the Eastern States Exposition grounds in West Springfield, Mass., and drew four point majors! Results are on Infodog. We had a wonderful raffle table, beautiful trophies, and spectacular entries. Congratulations to the winners and to everyone who made these shows successful. Watch for news of our 2026 specialties and supported entries!
NATIONAL SPECIALTY: The 2025 Great Dane Club of America National Specialty was held October 12-18 in Pocono Manor, Pennsylvania. Watch for news on the 2026 National to be held in Kingsport, Tennessee.
GDCA CHARITABLE TRUST FUNDRAISER: The Great Dane Club of America Charitable Trust is holding an online auction of items from the estate of Lourdes Carjaval. The auction will start on Sunday, February 22, at 8:00 a.m. EST and bids will close on Saturday, February 28, at 8 a.m. EST. AWARDS: Members whose dogs earned titles or produced two or more champions in the previous year are invited to participate in our annual awards program. Watch for news about our upcoming awards for titles earned in 2025.
DONATIONS/DUES: Deadline for 2026 dues were January 1. Dues payments, trophy fund and raffle contributions, and other donations can be mailed to Treasurer Carol Urick or made on our Contribute page via PayPal. We ask those using PayPal to please consider increasing their payment to offset PayPal’s service fee to our Club.. Gifts to GDCNE are tax-deductible as provided by law.
