GREAT DANE RESCUE OF NEW ENGLAND

Thank you for inquiring about adopting a Great Dane. If you can provide the special home a rescue Dane deserves, we should be able to offer you a dog who will be a wonderful addition to your family.

While the screening process may seem extensive, getting as much information as possible from prospective homes will help insure the best possible match. Most dogs come from homes where there has been a move, divorce, loss of employment, allergies or not enough time. Others will come to us from pounds and shelters and often need medical attention. Our non-profit organization is comprised of hard working volunteers whose only reward is seeing our wonderful Danes placed in loving homes and given second chances for a happy life. For this reason we require a $10.00 questionnaire fee. We cannot process questionnaires that are not accompanied by a check, cash or money order. Please fill out our questionnaire (using additional paper if necessary for comments and information) and mail it along with the $10.00 fee to:

If you are patient with our process, we will try to help you locate a dog who will be a devoted and loving companion. If we are successful in locating that special dog for you it is customary to make a donation of $150 to $300 (based on age of dog and/or other individual considerations) to help defray costs at the time you adopt the dog. Completed questionnaires will remain in our active file for one (1) year.
