GDCNE is a member of the Massachusetts Pure Bred Dog Breeder Referral Service, Inc [PBDBRS, or Breeder Referral]. Breeder Referral advertises daily in the Boston Globe classified, with a phone number, which changes monthly. Calling this number will result in referrals to breeders of purebred dogs of all breeds. Breeder Referral also has a Web site: www.go.to/puppy. Breeders listed with Breeder Referral are sponsored by member Clubs such as GDCNE .

Breeders listed with Breeder Referral must be "members in good standing" of the sponsoring club. For GDCNE, this means adherence to the GDCNE Code of Ethics. Should you contact a listed breeder, and feel you have not been treated as required by the Code of Ethics, contact the Delgate or Alternate to PBDBRS, or any Officer or Board Member, IN WRITING, with your complaint. The GDCNE Board is obligated to investigate your complaint, and take suitable action.

GDCNE members wishing to be listed with Breeder Referral for 2009-2010 must complete and return the listing form to a GDCNE board member before the May 2009 meeting.
